CareTracker Interactive Workshops (CIW)

Are you tired of doing the same old thing with CareTracker? There is no time better than NOW to start expanding your CareTracker knowledge. Attend one of the CareTracker Interactive Workshops to help jumpstart the next phase of CareTracker at your facility!

Four different locations will host this spring’s CareTracker Interactive Workshops with seven exciting opportunities to sharpen your CareTracker skills!

These workshops provide the ideal opportunity to interact with CareTracker away from the pressures of the day-to-day tasks at your facility. All of the interactive sessions will utilize the latest version of CareTracker and incorporate the new enhancements into real-life CareTracker scenarios. The workshops also provide a sneak peek into what we are working on as part of future releases of CareTracker.

Pittsburgh, PA, Louisville, KY, Charlotte, NC, and Hartford, CT are the host locations for the hands-on computer workshops. The Resource Systems’ Implementation Consultants will be your guides as you practice CareTracker skills and explore the new possibilities of how CareTracker can be used at your facility! In order to optimize the learning experience, seats for the computer workshops are available on a first come-first serve basis. Registration guarantees attendees a dedicated computer throughout the day.

At locations featuring two days of training, the first day will cover CareTracker basics, and the second day will cover more advanced information.  Both the CareTracker Basics and Advanced Workshops will provide hands-on practice using the new features of CareTracker 8.1 and available modules such as Messaging and Resident-Centered Programs. Some of the other topics that will be discussed include the Customer Care Center, the CareTracker Catalog, report creation and editing, and new feature packs that are available to all customers. Additionally, the workshop will provide an opportunity to brush up on some basic CareTracker skills such as assessment creation and turning on the lights.

These informative workshops provide a great chance to share and learn new implementation tactics from other CareTracker users in your area.

Registration to the CareTracker Interactive Workshop is available on a first come, first serve basis with only 24 seats available at each location. A registration fee of $199/person is required to register, and the deadline for registration is Friday, May 2nd, 2008. The dates and locations are listed to the right.

Please Note: The CareTracker Advanced Workshops are designed for Advanced CareTracker Users only. Please do not register for this course unless you are an advanced and experienced CareTracker implementer.
