Software Quality Assurance – Business Analyst
Apply For This Position

Business Analyst needed for software quality assurance. At least four years experience in computer training, support, and/or as a user of pertinent related application software is required and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates for this position will need be self motivated, possess initiative and be very detailed oriented. The ideal candidate for this position has good project management skills along with the ability to understand the customers’ requirements and issues; and is able to identify critical customer issues and facilitate their timely resolution by merging and conveying information from a variety of sources. Primary responsibilities include: Completing scope documents for each assigned project, testing new features, coordinating quality testing, and documenting procedures and user instructions.


Application Support Analyst

An Application Support Analyst provides front-line application level support and trains customers on our software application. The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Windows products. In order to qualify, a candidate must have good communication skills, and an attitude of sensitivity and caring for customers. Customer Service or Training experience is considered a plus; a four year degree is required. Primary responsibilities include providing on-going customer support over the phone and web, occasional travel to facilities (nationwide) to provide two-day training sessions for users of our software products, leading web-based training sessions, assist with the development of QA and training materials, and making follow-up courtesy calls to customers.



Programmer/Analyst

Programmer/Analyst needed in our software development team. Primary responsibilities include implementing short-term product improvement ideas, facilitation of proactive ideas to improve product both long and short term. Communicating new features of the system with sales, support, customers and training department, implementing systems to ensure needs are accurately met, responsible for quality assurance and testing before product is released to customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years experience in programming for business applications for Windows environments using MSFT tools including .VB.NET, ASP.NET or SQL and two years MIS experience in health care related information management area. Has the ability to anticipate user problems and design systems to avoid such. Has attended continuing education seminars/conventions pertinent to leading edge development technology and/or system design. Four year bachelor degree preferred. 



Technical Support Technician

Successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Windows products, troubleshooting software applications, Internet and networking knowledge. In order to qualify, a candidate must have good communication skills, excellent problem solving skills, and an attitude of sensitivity and caring for customer support.


Software Training Consultant

Software Training Consultant trains customers on our software application. Successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Windows products, Internet, and a desire to work closely with customers.

Primary responsibilities include traveling to facilities (nationwide) to provide two-day training sessions for users of our software products, provide classroom training sessions at Resource Systems’ corporate offices, assist with the development of new training materials, and make follow-up courtesy calls to customers.
