Now CareTracker allows you to take advantage of your investment in the touch screens to fulfill other data collection needs. These additional features take on two forms: Application Kits and Optional Modules.Application Kits Since CareTracker allows facilities to create their own assessment questions and reports, why not allow facilities to share these with others? Application Kits are a compilation of numerous best practices through the CareTracker community. Any CareTracker customer is authorized to browse the online Kit catalog and download any of the data collection series that various facilities have developed and shared. The download process is simple, a few clicks and the Kit is loaded and ready for use immediately. Examples include: Bowel and Bladder Meal intake Restorative kits State Specific Assessments Specialized Skin Assessments Application Kits are available at no charge and can be downloaded from the kit catalog.
